Set in a crumbling post-apocalyptic vault, Futa Vault puts you in charge. You are the futanari leader — the last fertile one the wastes ever produced — and the vault is yours to order, seduce, and repopulate. Every woman who walks through the hatch is a new branch on your family tree. Ninety days from a stranger at the door to a dynasty the wastes will whisper about.

- 174 wasteland encounters, 107 daily events, and 28 night events — one of the deepest adult sims on itch
- Seduce, marry, and breed. Children grow. Grandchildren ask for you by name.
- The Futa Society — a hidden temple that claims wives and marches for the whole country
